CC Open Mall. Arrecife. Lanzarote.

The CC Mall Lanzarote, is an open shopping center, located in the heart of Arrecife and inaugurated in November 2022.

A custom-designed Aquatic Ballet refreshes and enlivens the commercial environment with its flowing aquatic forms, spectacularly illuminated with LI-L1000 RGBW submersible LED light projectors with DMX control.

The Fountain Architecture is composed of 2 clouds of water, formed by LI-4053 spray nozzles, and 3 groups of LI-5200 adjustable jets distributed in stainless steel collectors in the shape of squares and circles, to form water towers with heights variables according to the programming of the Controller computer system.

The elegant fountain design, with its original architecture of illuminated geometric shapes, creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that fills the commercial space with the sound of water produced by its numerous and varied fountains in the pond, with a beautiful white and rounded silhouette border, where visitors can sit down to rest, taking a break from their purchases in this refreshing oasis.

With an area of 35,000 m2, it opens its doors every day and is distributed over 4 floors:

Basement floor with 980 free parking spaces
Ground floor, where a large part of the fashion offer is developed, highlighting the Inditex group with a Zara store with more than 3,200 m2, Tendam Group (Cortefiel, Women Secret and Springfield), Primor, Fund Grube, Worten, Sprinter, shoe store Deichman, Tezenis, Kiabi, JD Sports, JYSK, Levi’s, Bimba y Lola, Stradivarius, etc.
Upper floor, where we can find the main pedestrian entrances and the outdoor parking lot with 95 spaces, as well as the Hiperdino supermarket and youth fashion offering, services and restaurants.
Terrace Floor, where an important leisure area is located, with the Sould Park children’s park of more than 2,500 m2, which for the first time arrives in the Canary Islands, with more commercial and restaurant offerings.

Open Mall Lanzarote is also a Pet Friendly shopping center that has various services such as free Wi-Fi, large family parking, rest areas, electric vehicle charging spaces, bicycle parking and access for people with reduced mobility, ATMs and 24 hour security.
