CC Torrecárdenas. Almería.
Torrecárdenas shopping center located in Vega de Acá, Almería, has opened its doors in 2019. The developer, Bogaris, has planned the largest shopping complex in Almería, (Gross Lettable Area: 68,267 m2). The Torrecárdenas Shopping Center consists of a single two-story building, with more than 100 stores and three underground parking spaces.
In the entrance area to the shopping center, Lumiartecnia has installed a variety of architectural and walkable fountains with different aquatic motifs:
A central pool of 5 m in diameter that contains a vertical spout formed from a 70mmØ cascade type nozzle, reaching a maximum height of 5 m. This nozzle is fed by a submersible pump which, in turn, is controlled by an electronic card that allows the jet to reach different heights in a stable manner.
A walkable fountain consisting of 14 compact jets with a 16 mm Ø vertical nozzle, reaching a maximum height of 4 m. This nozzle is fed by a submersible pump which, in turn, is controlled by an electronic card that allows the jet to reach different heights in a stable manner.
A sheet of water slides down the wall of a curved pond 18m long and 2.5m wide and is made up of LI-6010 water sheet type nozzles evenly distributed along that length.
In the exterior access area, the set of fountains is completed with a rectangular pond in which three vertical jets emerge formed from 70mmØ waterfall nozzles, reaching a maximum height of 2m. Each nozzle is fed by a submersible pump with independent height control.
The modern shopping center has a complete fashion commercial mix, with brands such as Primark, Springfield or several from the Inditex Group; leisure, with state-of-the-art Yelmo cinemas and numerous restaurant options. Among other operators, visitors will find Leroy Merlin, Mercadona or Media Markt.
The architectural project is linked to a cinematographic universe with the aim of creating a unique, differential and memorable visiting experience that gives the Shopping Center a unique personality. On the other hand, the careful design of each of the services and service areas defines a detailed visitor experience map that covers the needs of the different population segments that Torrecárdenas addresses.
The corporate culture completes the proposal through a clear vocation for customer service, aimed at offering a service capable of responding to each of their needs with the aim of seeking maximum satisfaction and loyalty. All these actions define a clear positioning of the image of the Shopping Complex and concretize the brand promise in tangible elements with which the client interacts during their visit to Torrecárdenas.
