Conference at the University of Alicante: Three generations dedicated to the investigation of water architecture

On December 13, 2017, the Closing Ceremony of the Patents and Technology Transfer Module of the XXIV Edition of Magister Lvcentinvs was held at the University of Alicante.

The table was chaired by the Vice President of International Relations of the University of Alicante, Prof. Juan Llopis, and with the participation of the Director of Professor Prof. Pilar Montero, the Patents Coordinator, Prof. Iñiguez and the President of the Alumni Association, Mrs. Pastor.

Juan Carretero Llorente, Executive Director of Lumiartecnia, a leading company in innovation, in the field of water architecture, was the guest speaker in his role as an inventor, recently awarded at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, with a gold medal for his patent of the Digital Water Mural.

The theme of the conference was the numerous invention patents developed by the Carretero family (three generations of inventors) and the important advances in ornamental fountain technology that have led to more than 60 years of continuous research and innovation at Lumiartecnia.
